Where does my SAT land?
Pick a college and enter your SAT score. We'll show you
exactly where it falls inside the middle-50% range of students who got in — a factual position, not a
prediction of whether you'll be admitted.
How to read this. The band is the middle 50% of SAT scores among students who enrolled,
from the U.S. Department of Education's IPEDS survey — a quarter scored below it, a quarter above. We show where
your score sits on that scale. That is all the data can tell you. Admission decisions also weigh grades,
essays, recommendations, activities, and each college's own priorities — so no score, high or low, decides the
outcome by itself. This tool reports facts about test scores; it does not estimate anyone's chance of admission.
